Graffiti culture, Paris - FKDL

/London does not really have a graffiti culture: the powers-that-be make sure of that. For a variety of reasons, Paris has developed an original graffiti culture. Arguably, Blek Le Rat created stencil graffiti at the beginning of the 1990s to create an idiosyncratic form of the graffiti culture he experienced first hand in America. Of course, Blek, and his followers, have had a tremendous influence on Banksy. Over the years, Parisian graffiti/stencil artists have learnt that tagging on a poster and putting this on the wall was highly unlikely to get them into trouble. Different forms of graffitis-on-posters can now be found in Paris, including a mix of collage and paintings. I was struck by this one when I last went to Paris - it seems to be the work of a FrancK DuvaL. See http://www.fkdl.com/ & http://www.fkdl.com/blog/...

Let me know where I can read more about Parisian graffitis-stencils-collage./
