Hi Pat - It's a graffiti (actually a stencil or print on paper, made into a collage: in Paris, this is akin to flyposting, i.e. less severely punished than a graffiti directly on the wall) I saw in Paris, in a disused oil station. I just thought it was amusing & disturbing at the same time to see this young boy behind bars. I dug up this picture because the kettling that recently happened in London made me think of it.
This is sort of haunting. Is there a story behind the photo?
